His plan is anchored on the Medium-Term Development Plan, which seeks to create jobs, reduce poverty and develop a capable and ethical developmental state. But with an infrastructure investment of 94 billion rand over the next couple of years, bold road map to lay the foundation for unlocking economic opportunities through future economic growth and the strengthening public services.
