
China and Russia reaffirmed deepening all-round cooperation during their 30th government‐level meeting. They committed to expanding ties in investment, digital economy, and culture while strengthening collaboration through multilateral forums. The meeting underlines the high-level strategic alignment between the two countries.
Chinese Premier Li Qiang declared China’s readiness to work with Russia on strengthening cooperation across all fields, focusing on securing their shared development and security interests.
He made these remarks during the 30th regular meeting of the Chinese and Russian heads of government in Hangzhou, co-chaired with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, emphasising that this annual mechanism plays a key role in implementing the consensus reached by the two countries’ leaders.
Mishustin stated that the China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination for a New Era is currently at its highest level. Both countries agreed to expand cooperation in trade, investment, digital economy, culture, agriculture and energy, and to strengthen multilateral frameworks like BRICS, Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the United Nations.
